Rates:

Each Customer is charged a $50 bench fee. This is to cover my time in diagnosing the problem. After initial diagnostics are complete, the customer will receive a call with the estimate. At this point, the customer can accept or refuse the estimate and work is either done or the unit is returned to the customer accordingly.

When work is complete the customer will receive another phone call informing them of completion of the work and a pick up time is scheduled.

NO WORK IS DONE WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S CONSENT.

All work is guaranteed.
